      Ningbo Yongcheng Metal Materials Technology Co., Ltd. provides specialized metal substrate materials for the fabrication of second-generation high-temperature superconducting (HTS) thin films. The core material is Hastelloy C-276 (UNS N10276), a high-performance, corrosion-resistant nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy.

Product Positioning

      This product serves as the mechanical support and buffer layer foundation for superconducting thin films; it is not the superconducting functional layer itself. In the manufacturing process of REBCO (Rare Earth Barium Copper Oxide) or YBCO (Yttrium Barium Copper Oxide) coated conductors (CC), the C-276 substrate undergoes surface polishing and ion beam treatment to function as a high-quality platform for textured buffer layers (e.g., IBAD-MgO). This ensures crystallographic orientation consistency and optimal critical current density (Ic) of the superconducting layer.
